Requirements

Executive Project Leadership; Financial Performance; Contract, Procurement, & Change Management; Preconstruction Strategy; Client Relationships; Team Leadership & Talent Development; Quality, Risk, & Closeout Oversight; Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships that drive repeat business and continued client satisfaction.; Extensive project management experience, including leadership of large and complex healthcare, higher education, civic, and corporate environment construction projects.; Proven track record of leading project teams and delivering strong financial performance across multiple phases and/or concurrent projects.; Comprehensive knowledge of General Construction and Design Build Contracts, means and methods, scheduling, cost control, and risk management.; Demonstrated ability to lead preconstruction efforts, influence design and budgeting decisions, and deliver value-driven outcomes for owners.; Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to interpret and act on budgets, forecasts, and key performance metrics.; Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.; Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple stakeholders, priorities, and deadlines.
