Project Manager

You will be working side-by-side with the team to ensure the success of a project from its initiation to design phase to construction and to completion. The projects include Fit-outs & Refurbishments for both Tenants and Landlords in Commercial, Retail, Industrial, Hospitality and Education. Several projects are on-going at various stages, requiring coordination with multiple vendors to ensure no downtime during works. Delivering projects within the established budgets and timelines is the key.

Responsibilities

Support the team to ensure project success from initiation and design phase through construction to completion; manage multiple projects concurrently and coordinate with multiple vendors to ensure no downtime during works; prepare project specifications and project timelines; prepare tender or bid documents and vendor procurement; prepare weekly project reports and updates for stakeholders; deliver projects within established budgets and timelines; survey clients' basic needs, complete commercial assessments, and prepare PM proposals; carry out value engineering, buildability analysis, and critical reviews of design and documentation

Requirements

Prior experience in project management in a consultancy environment, or as a consultant or contractor; typically a degree in a relevant field and/or around three to ten years' experience in design, construction, or project management in interior fit-out projects for multinational clients; engage confidently with internal and external stakeholders; driven to succeed and achieve challenging goals; structured and organised approach; communicate and collaborate effectively; thrive under pressure and deal with tight deadlines and high expectations; client-centric problem solver; strong understanding of business and technical expertise; sense of urgency in solving problems; resilient and able to manage competing priorities; able to negotiate risk-assessed solutions and handle ambiguities; great communicator with superb organisational skills; able to lead and motivate project team members; attention to detail; tech-savvy
