Responsibilities

Accompanying the product development process with a focus on quality and testing activities within the cross-functional development team along the whole V-model; Evaluating and determining of user requirements and quality characteristics for the product development phase; Deriving of test requirements from user requirements and coordinating of tests, tracking,interpreting and documentation of test results; Planning and applying all relevant preventive quality actions; Support release and quality related issues in Bosch plants and at suppliers; Market observation, failure analysis and based on this, coordinating and following-up the implementation of the necessary improvement measures, applying appropriate problem solving methods as 8D, 5Why, Ishikawa

Requirements

Degree in engineering, material science or a related field; Professional experience and/or knowledge of quality management, preferably in a consumer goods environment; Experience with development processes and testing of technical products or electronic assemblies; Good analytical skills, self-initiative, independent and structured working style; Experience in field of battery systems; Ability and willingness to familiarize yourself with new technologies and processes; Team player with a penchant for open exchange and communicative coordination within the team, with partners and stakeholders, also in an international environment; Very good communication skills in English
