Property Manager (Oak & Umber)

Some companies call them “Property Managers” or "Business Managers," but at Prometheus our Neighborhood Directors do so much more. As a Neighborhood Director your role is a constant blend of Financial Management, Customer Service, and Leadership. Financial Management: ensure your Neighborhood achieves the income expectations in your operating budget, recommend major capital projects, track your office supply budget, and be fluent in variance reports, market dynamics, and local rental ordinances. Customer Service: make renting easy, help Neighbors with questions on complex rental laws or dissatisfaction, tour Neighbors, and answer phones when the office gets busy. Leadership: lead by example, work closely with your Neighborhood Service Manager to ensure your teams have resources and training, and coach and develop your whole team.

Responsibilities

Requirements

At least two years' experience in a leasing position; Passion for working in customer service, sales and marketing; High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
