Are you ready to take the next step in your property career? We are seeking to appoint a Property Manager to be based at our Geelong office, servicing our Ballarat client portfolio on a full-time basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for either an experienced Commercial Property Manager or an aspiring Residential Property Manager looking to transition into commercial property management. The role offers a hybrid working arrangement of two days based in Geelong and three days in Ballarat.

Responsibilities

Be the first point of contact for tenant enquiries and assist in resolving day-to-day issues.; Maintain lease administration, financial procedures, and reporting standards.; Manage rental collections, outgoings, and recoverable costs with a strong focus on arrears control.; Collaborate with Property Managers to prepare annual operating budgets.; Process invoices, raise work orders, and manage debtors efficiently.

Requirements

3+ years’ experience in a similar role within commercial, retail, industrial or residential property.; Certificate of completion CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice.; Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.; Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency.
