QA Automation Engineer

As a QA Automation Engineer, you are responsible for the health and reliability of our software releases. You will design, develop, and maintain sophisticated automated test suites—using tools like Playwright, Appium, or CAST—to identify defects early and ensure our BFSI clients receive world-class digital solutions.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain sophisticated automated test suites using tools like Playwright, Appium, or CAST; Design and execute high-impact automation scripts (Functional, Regression, and Smoke) to ensure a flawless user experience for our banking and insurance partners; Identify manual processes ripe for automation, accelerating time-to-market; Collaborate within Agile teams and integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines; Mentor peers on automation best practices and stay ahead of BFSI technology trends

Requirements

2+ years in QA automation testing with a strong background in Selenium; Hands-on experience with Playwright, Appium, or CAST is highly preferred; Proficiency in scripting languages and a deep understanding of automation frameworks; Analytical, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player who thrives in Agile environments
