Quality and Reporting Analyst

Focus: Data-driven transparency for all locations. Location: Romania (Remote/Hybrid) Focus: Data Analytics and Compliance.

Responsibilities

Dashboarding: Development and maintenance of performance dashboards in ServiceNow and Skywise; Quality Assurance: Conducting ticket audits to monitor data quality and process compliance; Data Analysis: Creation of ad-hoc analyses to identify cost drivers and inefficiencies; Process Support: Providing assistance to German locations in measuring cost reduction measures

Requirements

Strong analytical skills and experience in handling large data volumes; Proficient in ServiceNow Reporting and Skywise; Detail-oriented working style and understanding of IT service structures; Professional experience level; Awareness of potential compliance risks and commitment to act with integrity
