Quality Conformance Manager

Job Summary: To implement and maintain the Company Quality System and to ensure product and process quality/integrity meets appropriate regulatory/customer requirements. The employee will support the production activities related to the section 15 of A350 composite Assembly Line. As part of the Aviation Safety and Quality organisation, the employee will be responsible for activity related to the expertise on product process and failure analysis with operational process surveillance.

Responsibilities

Analyzing non-conformities; Performing Problem-Solving (PPS); Performing root cause analyses; Recommending and supporting the implementation of corrective actions; Developing PFMEAs and control plans with the team; Participating and preparing governances; Problem-solving; Group facilitation; Communications management within the Multi Functional Team and internal customer; Project management on Quality improvement; Applying knowledge of quality policies and practices to develop, document, and maintain quality systems and operating procedures; Planning and coordinating improvements in manufacturing; Compiling, measuring and analyzing process capability data; Being the Voice of the Customer at Final Product Inspection; Identifying, investigating and solving Quality related problems; Conducting Quality surveillance and feedback loop; Driving the ‘4 eyes inspections’ principles on all concessions; Other duties as assigned

Requirements

At least 4-6 years of experience in a manufacturing environment or manufacturing industry; Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Ability to articulate complex issues to others; Ability to maintain confidentiality in all matters; Demonstrated effectiveness in interpersonal skills; Authorization to work in the US; 5% domestic/international travel

Nice to have

Bachelor’s degree preferred; Aerospace and/or Automotive industry experience preferred
