Overview

As a Quality Management Intern, I supported packing operations through the implementation and transition of digital Quality Management systems. This role provided hands-on experience in quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment.

This internship strengthened my understanding of quality management principles and provided practical experience in implementing, maintaining, and improving quality systems within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Assisted in transitioning, testing, and validating quality inspection forms within the Quality Inspection Program.; Supported the implementation and maintenance of digital quality management systems.; Trained operational teams on system usage, KPI monitoring, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and compliance reporting.; Contributed to the implementation of a CAPA program for packing operations to enhance quality performance and operational efficiency.; Participated in quality system documentation, data management, and process improvement initiatives.; Supported compliance activities through digital system management, monitoring, and reporting.

Grade 12; Diploma or Degree Quality Management.
