In this role you will Supervise Quality inspection responsibilities for auditor team to maintain product quality standards in a manufacturing environment. In addition, you will act as a liaison with Production and cross-functional teams to maintain and improve Production process Quality as directed by Quality Manager.

Responsibilities

Supervise an Auditor team, which includes managing time & attendance, developing skills and responsibilities, coaching, and other people management tasks; Enforce Quality requirements and standards for manufacturing products including inspection areas in Production; Develop and maintain standard work and schedules for Auditor team; Lead and participate in problem solving events responding to both non-conforming material and continuous improvement initiatives; Update work instructions, forms and other documents to maintain the Quality System; Maintain documentation, non-conforming material log, and issue tracking for activities including layered process audits, gemba walks and start-up or shut-down checklist reviews.; Support a 24/7 operation

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree; 2-5 year’s supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment; ISO/QS 9001 systems knowledge

Nice to have

Engineering or Management Bachelor’s degree; Prior Quality supervision experience; Certified Quality Engineer or Certified Quality Auditor
