R&D Analytical Scientist

Argenta is seeking a Research & Development Analytical Scientist to join our Global CDO team at our Shawnee, KS facility. This role is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and driven individual to contribute to our Global CDO team and showcase their ability to muti-task.

Responsibilities

Conduct qualitative and quantitative chemical analysis and experiments for active pharmaceutical ingredients and pharmaceutical products as per project requirements; Assist in the development of new products and processes as per compliance and regulatory requirements; Assist with the technology transfer (methods and products) from Argenta Research into Argenta Manufacturing; Support the Research & Development efforts of the company by providing scientific and technical support for the development of new products; Create and maintain activity plans for assigned projects; Generate, document and review technical data for internal reports, client reports and CMC regulatory support documents.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in science related field; Strong oral and written communication skills; Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects and able to adapt to rapidly changing priorities; Ability to work with outside customers and clients

Nice to have

Previous experience in pharmaceutical industry, animal health industry or related field preferred; Previous experience in analytical pharmaceutical development preferred
