Rapid Response Care Assistant

This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your current skill base and join us as a Rapid Response Care Assistant. You will have full training and clinical support to develop and enhance skills in various complex areas such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care plus so much more! You’ll need to be willing to travel to various packages within a 100-mile radius and work on an on-call rota. Every day will be different. And you’ll never know what challenges you’re about to face next. One thing you can be sure of though, is that you’ll be making your clients’ days brighter, whilst developing your skills and knowledge.

Responsibilities

Cover regular weekend days and nights; Work additional shifts during the week; Travel to various packages within a 100-mile radius; Work on an on-call rota; Develop skills in complex care areas such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care; Make clients’ days brighter

Requirements

Previous experience in complex care / rapid response; Experience in ventilation support, tracheostomy care and peg feeding; Full UK driving licence; Access to own vehicle; Willingness to travel to various packages within a 100-mile radius; Willingness to work on an on-call rota
