As a Cielo Recruiter supporting GE Vernova, you will be responsible for service excellence throughout the recruitment cycle. You will act as a brand ambassador, focusing on delivering exceptional talent while providing proactive and timely communication. This role supports high-volume production and logistics hiring within manufacturing environments.

- Work Location: Hangzhou, China
- Work Setup: 3 days onsite per week
- Language(s): Ability to manage stakeholder relationships and deliver recruitment activities, with working proficiency in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English for daily business communication
- Work Hours: Standard Working Hours – Mondays to Fridays

Responsibilities

Lead detailed intake meetings with hiring managers to determine position specifications, providing relevant market data and recommendations.; Collaborate with internal stakeholders and departments to develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.; Evaluate candidate profiles against position requirements and deliver strong candidate slates while building talent pipelines.; Keep candidates engaged throughout the process with timely updates on their progress.; Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details, using market data and compensation guidelines to support recommendations.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years’ recruitment experience.; Experience in high-volume hiring.; Ability to work onsite in industrial environments.; Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.; Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools.; Understanding of local employment practices and hiring regulations.

Nice to have

Experience in manufacturing or logistics recruitment.
