Southwest Autism Center of Excellence is hiring full-time Behavior Technicians to support individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder of all ages across multiple programs and settings located in North Phoenix, Mesa, and Central Phoenix. Flexible Work Settings:
Placements are based on program needs and staff interest and may include:
• Adult day treatment and community-based programs
• Adult residential programs
• In-home ABA services
• School-based services
• Community and clinic-based programs

What You’ll Do:
As a Behavior Technician, you’ll work under the supervision of a BCBA, using ABA and evidence-based practices to help individuals build independence and life skills. You will:
• Implement individualized behavior and treatment plans
• Support communication, social, daily living, and independent skills
• Facilitate one-on-one and group sessions
• Participate in community outings
• Collect data and collaborate with the clinical team

Responsibilities

Requirements

21 years of age or older; High School Diploma/GED plus 2 years of relevant behavioral health experience; Valid AZ driver’s license and Motor Vehicle clearance; Ability to obtain a Fingerprint Clearance Card
