Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

If you want work that challenges you, changes lives, and builds a real career, this is it. For many of our roles you don't need your RBT certification to apply. What matters most is that you love working with kids, you're dependable, and you're ready to show up. Alpaca Health is a multi-state network of independent ABA therapists, working in homes, schools, and daycares. We hire certified RBTs and motivated people ready to become one. You'll work alongside a dedicated BCBA who mentors you from day one, not a manager, not a corporate supervisor.
