Compass Associates are delighted to be partnering with a large national care provider to recruit a Registered Home Manager for a well-established, medium-sized nursing, residential and dementia care home in Central Scotland. Requirements

Previous Registered Home Manager experience within an elderly care setting; Strong people leadership and team development skills; Experience managing occupancy, budgets and operational KPIs; Excellent understanding of Care Inspectorate standards and regulatory compliance; Commercial awareness with a strong focus on quality and resident outcomes; Clinical qualification (RGN/RMN)
