Registered Nurse (RN) - Bone Marrow Transplant

7 West is a 17-bed adult specialty unit that provides high-quality nursing care for patients receiving a Bone Marrow Transplant. Specialties include Chemotherapy, conditioning for transplants and cell recovery post-transplant. The length of stay on this unit is around 25 days. All cellular therapy products are administered in this unit. Schedule: 40 hours per week, days, including some weekends and holidays (schedule varies); must be flexible. Pay range: $38.20 - $57.30.

Responsibilities

Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures; Use evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and communication skills; Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum

Requirements

At least 2+ years of RN Oncology experience; Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing; Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices; Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association

Nice to have

Highly preferred: BMT or Chemo experience
