Registered Nurse (RN) - Team RN, Outpatient Oncology and Bone Marrow Transplant

High-volume cancer clinic with a focus on blood cancer and bone marrow transplant/cellular therapy. Clinic hours are 8a-5p, Monday-Friday, with no weekend or holiday requirement. Approximately 36 hours per week in 9-hour shifts, subject to clinic needs. The team RN supports patients during their clinic visit and coordinates care via the Epic inbasket.

Responsibilities

Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process; Deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures using evidence-based practice; Support patients during their clinic visit; Coordinate care via the Epic inbasket; Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum

Requirements

Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing; Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices; Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
