Registered Service Manager – Adult Supported Living & Complex Needs

Compass Associates are delighted to be partnering with a growing national care provider to recruit a Registered Service Manager to oversee two adult supported living services across Perthshire & Falkirk. This is an exciting opportunity to take responsibility for two distinct services: an established, stable supported living service, alongside a newly developed three-bed service supporting individuals with complex needs. The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for quality, compliance, people leadership and operational performance across both services, supported by a strong local and regional leadership structure. Responsibilities

Oversee two adult supported living services across Perthshire & Falkirk; Take responsibility for two distinct services: an established, stable supported living service, alongside a newly developed three-bed service supporting individuals with complex needs; Have overall responsibility for quality, compliance, people leadership and operational performance across both services

Requirements

Previous Registered Manager experience within adult supported living or complex care services; SVQ Level 4 in Health & Social Care; Strong experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and/or complex needs; Strong understanding of Care Inspectorate standards and regulatory compliance; Excellent people leadership and service development skills; Full UK driving licence
