Rehabilitation Consultant (Psychologist/Rehab Counsellor)

Konekt has an exciting opportunity for a Psychologist or Provisional Psychologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor to deliver workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions that enable individuals and organisations to achieve their potential.

Responsibilities

Use specialist knowledge and skills to help people return to meaningful employment; Make a real impact in the lives of those who have sustained psychological injuries at work or may be facing personal challenges at home or in the community; Use clinical expertise to support clients' journey as they return to work and life through Insurance Schemes, Employment Services and Disability Employment Services; Minimise the impact of injuries, illness and disability through delivery of prevention, rehabilitation, and training services; Take responsibility for effective case management to plan, coordinate and monitor client's progress toward their return-to-work goal; Engage with key stakeholders and develop strong relationships that drive successful partnerships

Requirements

Psychologist or Provisional Psychologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor; Professional registration with AHPRA, ASORC; Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field; A current Working with Children Check; Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check upon successful application; Open to Provisional Psychologists in the 5+1 Internship program
