Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting; Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient; Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team; Manage documentation efficiently using streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools; Participate in regular (paid) case consultations

Requirements

Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program; Active, independent license to practice psychology in Minnesota; Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records

Nice to have

Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations; Medicare billing experience
