Remote Clinical Psychologist – Older Adults | PhD / PsyD | Montana | Telehealth

Sailor Health is a nationwide virtual practice focused on Medicare-covered therapy for older adults. The remote clinical psychologist role offers part-time and full-time, flexible, fee-for-service opportunities for licensed psychologists (PhD / PsyD). Clinicians start at 15 hours per week (1099) or 25 hours per week (W2). Care Navigators and Healthcare Advocates handle non-therapy support, and Clinical Quality Leads provide ongoing consultation.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting; Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient; Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team; Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools; Participate in regular (paid) case consultations

Requirements

Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program; Active, independent license to practice psychology in Montana; Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records

Nice to have

Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations; Medicare billing experience
