Remote Clinical Psychologist – Older Adults | PhD / PsyD | Wyoming | Telehealth

Join a nationwide virtual practice transforming mental healthcare for older adults. Sailor Health offers part-time and full-time opportunities for licensed clinical psychologists (PhD / PsyD) on a flexible, fee-for-service basis, starting at 15 hours per week (1099) or 25 hours per week (W2). Schedule is set by the clinician, 7 days a week available, with no on-call or required evening hours. The company fills caseloads, handles administrative work, and provides care navigation and healthcare advocacy for patients navigating grief, loss, isolation, and life transitions.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting; Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient; Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team; Manage documentation efficiently using streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools; Participate in regular (paid) case consultations

Requirements

Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program; Active, independent license to practice psychology in Wyoming; Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records

Nice to have

Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations; Medicare billing experience
