Repair Technician

As a Repair Technician with Bone Dry Roofing, you will play an important role in helping homeowners protect and maintain their properties through professional roofing repairs and service. This position is primarily field-based and includes daily travel to local job sites using a company-provided vehicle. Responsibilities include evaluating roofing systems, identifying damage or areas of concern, recommending appropriate solutions, and performing repairs that meet company quality and safety standards.

Requirements

At least a High School Diploma or equivalent; one to two years of experience in roofing, construction, or a related trade; strong communication skills; customer-focused approach when interacting with homeowners; comfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions; ability to climb ladders and complete physically demanding tasks, including lifting and carrying materials up to 50 pounds; valid driver's license; driving record that satisfies company and insurance requirements; ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening; flexibility for overtime and working two Saturdays per month during the busy season
