Replenishment Team Lead (1st Shift)

Assigns work to the dock operators via the work queue as well as any special projects that aren't in order form; verifies operators are moving constantly and tracks their moves per shift; troubleshoots inventory problems; monitors aisle audits and cleaning standards through 6s responsibility sheets; assures TPM and lift inspection on PIT equipment; communicates with departments to expedite priority product; helps and assists the Replenishment team as needed.

Responsibilities

Assigns work to the dock operators via the work queue and special projects; initiates manual moves and root cause analysis for shorts; verifies processes are followed; prioritizes work to satisfy the customer; Verifies operators are moving constantly and tracks their moves per shift and accuracy; performs periodic safety checks; Troubleshoots inventory problems such as combining pallets, identifying pallets holding up orders, and expediting communications to get product moved to the correct location; Monitors aisle audits, cleaning standards, and aisle location cleanups through 6s responsibility sheets; Assures TPM and lift inspection is completed on PIT equipment and writes work orders; Communicates with Customer Service, Receiving, Quality, DSP, and other departments to expedite priority product; Helps and assists the Replenishment team as needed with daily tasks

Requirements

High school diploma or GED; Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email applications; Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop others; Sound decision-making skills; Ability to troubleshoot issues quickly; Data-driven approach to problem-solving; Prior experience in manufacturing or warehouse operations; Excel, Word, and Outlook familiarity; Knowledgeable of order flow processes, customer requirements, computers and powered equipment; Active problem solver for both systems and process related issues; Ability to communicate effectively with all audiences; Behave in a manner that supports organization's ethics and business values; Team player; Self-motivated; Willing to work overtime when required

Nice to have

Bosch Production System (BPS) or similar lean manufacturing principles; previous leadership or team lead experience
