Reservations Agent

Reservations and groups agent - Required for this global airline based in their West London office. They are looking for a travel industry professional from a reservations background, ideally airline experience and ideally sabre knowledge. Office based role, Monday to Friday. Salary around £27,000 plus bonus and great benefits including a yearly free flight for you and a family member.

Responsibilities

Group sales and reservations; Preparation of route analysis data; Taking reservations calls from direct and trade partners; Generating airline bookings, changes, issuing and reissuing tickets; Processing invoices; Daily and monthly airline sales reports; Dealing with ticket reissues, upgrades, reroutes, lost tickets

Requirements

Travel industry professional from a reservations background; Minimum of 2 years in an airline reservations role; Knowledge of fares and ticketing; Excellent telephone manner
