Restaurant & Bakery Host/Cashier - Daytime

Responsibilities

Greet, seat, and assist guests in a friendly and timely manner; Manage waiting lists and answer phone inquiries; Process guest payments and handle cash register transactions; Promote bakery items and package to-go orders; Maintain cleanliness of the lobby, dining room, restrooms, bakery displays, and cashier area; Assist servers with pre-bussing, table maintenance, and side work; Monitor guest satisfaction and address needs throughout their visit; Communicate service, safety, or equipment concerns to management

Requirements

Strong customer service and communication skills; Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; Basic reading, writing, math, and time-management skills; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible schedule; No experience required; training provided
