Responsibilities

Lead by example, mentor, coach and develop your team so they feel supported and proud to wear the Tim Hortons uniform; Deliver amazing guest experiences from the first hello to the last goodbye; Run the restaurant like it’s yours, manage daily operations, sales, customer satisfaction, stock, and shift planning; Drive culture, create a positive, fun, and high-energy environment where people love to work and stay; not just show up; Build community, be the welcoming face of Tim Hortons in your local area

Requirements

Have experience leading people (restaurant, retail or hospitality is a plus); Love developing others and building strong teams; Thrive in a fast-paced environment; Communicate clearly and care about how the team and guests feel; Don’t just see a job you see a career; Passion, positive attitude, and a desire to grow
