Restaurant Reservations Agent

Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and service-oriented Restaurant Reservations Agent to join our Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for restaurant reservations, guest inquiries, and dining coordination, ensuring a seamless and personalized dining experience in line with luxury hospitality standards.

Responsibilities

Handle restaurant reservations accurately via phone, email, and reservation systems; Coordinate dining arrangements across all hotel restaurants and outlets; Provide detailed information on menus, promotions, operating hours, and special events; Manage guest preferences, special requests, and VIP arrangements; Liaise closely with restaurant managers and host teams to ensure smooth operations; Maintain up-to-date reservation records and seating plans; Handle guest inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly; Ensure all interactions reflect the hotel’s luxury service standards

Requirements

Previous experience in a similar role within a 5-star or luxury hotel environment; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills; Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment; Proficiency in restaurant reservation systems (e.g., OpenTable or similar) is an advantage; Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus; Well-groomed, professional appearance and positive attitude
