Retail Advisor - Part-Time

As a Part-Time Retail Advisor (Inbound Field Specialist), you may be the only Clutch team member a customer ever meets in person. Our entire car-buying and selling journey happens online, so when you hand over a vehicle or run an appointment, you're the first impression, the trust-builder, and the brand. You don't need to know cars, as Clutch will teach you that. You do need to know what great service feels like.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers and create a warm, professional, and personal experience; Build genuine connections and understand what each customer needs; Represent Clutch with confidence, energy, and professionalism, handling questions, concerns, and unexpected situations; Complete customer appointments accurately and efficiently, including required paperwork and thorough notes in customer tracking systems; Inspect vehicles carefully and document their condition; Support teammates and contribute wherever help is needed across Retail Operations

Requirements

2+ years of customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality, technology, automotive, or another service-oriented environment; Valid Ontario G driver's licence; Clean driver's abstract with no major infractions over the past three years; Clean criminal background check; Legally authorized to work in Canada; Part-time availability with weekday shifts and weekend shifts between 9:00 AM–10:00 PM mall hours

Nice to have

Automotive experience or a genuine passion for cars; Experience in premium retail, hospitality, or lifestyle brands; Comfort using technology and digital tools in a fast-paced environment
