Retail Display Installer – Technology

2020 Companies seeks a reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Field Service Representative to join our team and represent leading brands like Dell, Intel, Dyson, Google, and HP. In this role, you’ll execute a wide range of in-store tasks, including installing and updating sales floor fixtures and endcaps; performing buildouts, resets, and display repairs; following plan-o-grams and client-specific directives. You’ll work independently, meet deadlines, and use mobile applications and technology to complete assignments efficiently and professionally.

Responsibilities

Install and update sales floor fixtures and endcaps; Perform buildouts, resets, and display repairs; Follow plan-o-grams and client-specific directives; Respond to field services management within 24 hours; Keep availability updated and accurate; Fully complete assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates; Install and build displays, end caps, and fixturing; Complete forms/images/surveys for each assignment; Maintain and update displays according to planograms/client requests; Conduct break-fix repairs; Participate in early morning installations and team installations; Manage virtual software and ensure execution of tasks; Contribute to team success; Adhere to timecard submission timelines; Work independently in a fast-paced environment; Complete training and certification programs; Track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems; Accept and schedule assigned jobs within 48 hours; Execute all directives fully; Build and maintain strong relationships with teams, clients, retailers; Ensure customer and client satisfaction; Demonstrate professionalism, communication, and leadership; Provide and receive feedback

Requirements

Must be 18 or older; Must be authorized to work in the United States; Flexible availability Monday through Friday; Weekend and holiday availability as needed; Early morning and late-night availability as needed; Maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30-day period; Climb a ladder up to 10 feet in height; Safely lift and carry up to 60lbs; Able to kneel, walk, crouch, bend over, handle/grasp, and reach overhead; Adapt to changing tasks and work environments; Effective communication via phone, text, and email; Use a smartphone for various tasks; Respond to management within 24 hours of contact; High school diploma or equivalent typically required; Own an Android or Apple mobile device; Navigate communication platforms and applications independently; Complete training assignments within designated time frame; Work collaboratively and autonomously; Reliable transportation; Valid driver's license and proof of insurance; Willingness and ability to travel up to 90 miles from home per assignment; Strong communication and organizational skills; Superior leadership skills; Ability to make sound decisions, show good judgment and problem-solve effectively; Excellent time management and reporting skills

Previous retail or merchandising experience; Installation and merchandising experience; Proficiency with hand and power tool usage; Ability to follow planogram (POG) directives and secondary communication
