Retail Display Installer - Technology

2020 Companies is seeking reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Retail Installation & Merchandising Specialists to join our team and represent leading brands like Dell, Intel, Dyson, Google, and HP. In this role, you’ll work independently, meet deadlines, and use mobile applications and technology to review, schedule, and complete assignments at different retail venues within 90 miles. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, as you manage your schedule to complete work within established timelines, build store-level relationships, and ensure top-quality execution on every project.

Responsibilities

Install, assemble, and update retail fixtures, shelving, endcaps, and displays; Complete retail resets, store build-outs, remodels, and display repairs; Follow planograms (POGs), schematics, and client-specific merchandising directives; Install and service TVs, interactive displays, kiosks, and other retail display equipment; Update operating systems and software on display devices; Install and replace graphics, pricing cards, SD cards, and other marketing materials; Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and display issues; Capture and upload photos to document completed work using a mobile device; Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area; Respond to field services management within 24 hours; Keep availability updated and accurate; Fully complete assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates; Complete necessary forms, images, and surveys before leaving job site; Conduct break-fix repairs; Participate in early morning installations and installations involving teams; Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution; Adhere to timelines for timecard submission and reporting anomalies; Complete training and certification programs; Track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems; Accept and schedule assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt; Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, clients, and retailers; Ensure customer and client satisfaction according to KPIs

Requirements

Must be 18 or older; Must be authorized to work in the United States; Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable personal vehicle; Willingness to travel up to 90 miles from residence in any direction; Comfortable using hand tools and technology; Ability to climb ladders up to 10 feet; Ability to safely lift and carry up to 60 lbs; Ability to kneel, walk, crouch, bend, reach overhead, and perform repetitive physical tasks; Must provide and use own tools: Phillips head & flat head screwdriver, hex keys, box cutter, tape measure, microfiber cloth, 256G USB (USB-A / C adapter); Android or Apple smartphone with current operating system and active data plan; comfortable downloading mobile apps and uploading photos; Must successfully complete background check, Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) screening, and drug screening; Flexible availability Monday through Friday; weekend, holiday, early morning, and late-night availability as needed; Maintain minimum 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30-day period; High school diploma or equivalent typically required; Effective communication abilities via phone, text, and email; Must complete all training assignments and tasks within a designated time frame
