Retail Display Installer - Technology

2020 Companies is seeking reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Retail Installation & Merchandising Specialists to join our team and represent leading brands like Dell, Intel, Dyson, Google, and HP. In this role, you’ll work independently, meet deadlines, and use mobile applications and technology to review, schedule, and complete assignments at different retail venues within 90 miles. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, as you manage your schedule to complete work within established timelines, build store-level relationships, and ensure top-quality execution on every project.

Responsibilities

Install, assemble, and update retail fixtures, shelving, endcaps, and displays; Complete retail resets, store build-outs, remodels, and display repairs; Follow planograms (POGs), schematics, and client-specific merchandising directives; Install and service TVs, interactive displays, kiosks, and other retail display equipment; Update operating systems and software on display devices; Install and replace graphics, pricing cards, SD cards, and other marketing materials; Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and display issues; Capture and upload photos to document completed work; Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area; Respond to field services management within 24 hours; Fully complete assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates; Conduct break-fix repairs; Adhere to timelines for timecard submission and reporting; Work independently in a fast-paced environment; Build and maintain relationships with teams, clients, retailers; Ensure customer and client satisfaction

Requirements

Must be 18 or older; Must be authorized to work in the United States; Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable personal vehicle; Willingness to travel up to 90 miles from residence; Comfortable using hand tools and technology; Ability to climb ladders up to 10 feet; Ability to safely lift and carry up to 60 lbs; Ability to kneel, walk, crouch, bend, reach overhead, and perform repetitive physical tasks; Must provide Phillips head & flat head screwdriver, hex keys, box cutter, tape measure, microfiber cloth, 256G USB (USB-A / C adapter); Smartphone with current operating system and active data plan; High school diploma or equivalent is typically required; Flexible availability Monday through Friday; Weekend and holiday availability as needed; Maintain minimum 20 hours of fieldwork within rolling 30-day period; Complete all training assignments; Must successfully complete MVR screening and drug screening in accordance with applicable state laws
