Retail Service Specialist

The Retail Service Specialist will support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in areas of sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations. This position will also assume shift management responsibilities in the absence of Assistant or Store Manager. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service; Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom; Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy; Ensure buy online/ship to store, hub and store to store transfers, and DC add orders are processed; Ensure special orders and outside purchases are handled efficiently; Ensure retail customer returns and exchanges are processed; Ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store; Communicate Zipline messages and delegate tasks; Ensure team members adhere to posted work schedule; Perform store opening/closing duties; All other duties as assigned

Requirements

Strong communication skills; Ability to obtain RSS Certification

Nice to have

Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts; Automotive systems and repair knowledge; ASE Certification; Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired); Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
