Responsibilities

Work on a highly automated production line equipped with robots; ensure vehicle exterior surfaces are flawless and meet BMW quality standards and inspection plans; identify and correct paint and surface defects on car bodies; carry out visual and tactile inspections, including masking and surface preparation tasks in the paint shop; monitor process quality and make adjustments based on plans and workflows; document repair activities electronically following BMW standards; participate in comprehensive training program; contribute to improving production quality and share suggestions for continuous improvement

Requirements

successfully completed secondary vocational education; at least 1 year of experience identifying and correcting paint and surface defects on automotive bodywork; willing to work in multi-shift operations; experience in geometry, measurements, and machining; familiar with tools and equipment used for sanding or polishing, especially in the automotive sector; strong attention to detail; ability to work effectively in a team environment with clear communication
