Room Attendant

As a Room Attendant for High Hotels LTD, you will be responsible for performing routine duties to ensure that the high standards of cleanliness and service for the hotel and the brand are met. Room Attendants should take pride in providing exceptional guest experiences by ensuring the hotel guest rooms and common areas are properly cleaned and maintained. Room Attendant team members could spend their days in various areas of the housekeeping department including laundry, common area cleaning, and room cleaning.

Responsibilities

Cleaning guest rooms and common areas according to brand standards; Vacuuming carpet and furniture; Cleaning and dusting furniture; Cleaning kitchenettes and washing dishes in suites; Changing bed linens; Cleaning guest room bathroom; Cleaning high touch areas of the hotel to meet brand COVID-19 cleaning standards; Assisting in laundry room: washing, drying, folding, and sorting laundry; Maintaining linen cart and ensuring supplies are neatly organized; Ensuring security of guest rooms and privacy of guests

Requirements

Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time; Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 20lbs; Ability to work in both a team environment and independently; Ability to support any property owned by High Hotels, Ltd. in the Lancaster, PA area; Availability to work weekends and holidays is required

Nice to have

High school diploma or general equivalent (GED) preferred
