Responsibilities

Serve as a technical reference on projects from a solution design, configuration, development and deployment perspective; Development of custom solutions using Javascript, AMPScript, GTL, HTML, CSS and SQL; Development of dynamic and personalized marketing assets such as emails, landing pages, web templates, webforms and custom preference pages; Development and associated configuration through Marketing Cloud Engagement, Personalization, Customer Data Platform, Account Engagement and Marketing Cloud Intelligence products; Implementation of integrations through FTP, APIs (SOAP and REST), MC Connect and SDKs (MobilePush and Content Builder); Data modeling; Implementation of Journey Builder Custom Activities; Keep up with the Salesforce Marketing Cloud new releases, new products, feature updates and discontinuations; Execute internal activities such as PDI & OKRs, paid training, reimbursements, software licenses & vacations solicitations, absences notes, project timesheets releases, timesheet adjustments and etc according to the company's internal processes

Requirements

5+ years of experience; Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Administrador and Developer certifications; Upper-intermediate English level; REST/SOAP APIs, SQL, HTML, CSS, Javascript, AMPScript and GTL; At least 3 years of experience with SFMC

Nice to have

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Personalization and Marketing Cloud Customer Data Platform certifications; Experience in Agile methodologies and consulting
