SAP Business Analyst, FICO (S/4HANA)

InTTrust is seeking an experienced SAP Business Analyst with strong FICO expertise to support one of its largest clients in the energy sector. The role is embedded with the customer's business and IT teams, owning financial-process change from initial demand through implementation and adoption in the SAP S/4HANA environment. The position sits at the intersection of business and IT, translating financial business needs into clear requirements, shaping solutions with SAP consultants, and ensuring delivered solutions solve the problem.

Responsibilities

Engage directly with business stakeholders in Finance and Controlling to elicit, challenge, and document requirements; Author Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and where applicable user stories and acceptance criteria; Analyze existing financial processes (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost & Profitability, etc.) and identify opportunities for improvement, simplification, or automation; Maintain end-to-end visibility across the demand-to-implementation lifecycle; Partner with SAP functional consultants and technical teams to ensure solutions are designed and configured correctly within SAP S/4HANA; Coordinate and support UAT, validation, and quality assurance activities; Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective adoption of SAP financial solutions; Operate primarily in an Agile / Scrum setting where applicable, while remaining comfortable with hybrid or waterfall delivery models

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related); 5+ years of proven experience as a SAP Business Analyst or SAP Functional Consultant, with a clear focus on FICO; Solid working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance, including core FICO sub-areas (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profitability Analysis); Demonstrated experience authoring BRDs, functional specifications, and user stories; Strong understanding of finance and controlling business processes end-to-end; Experience working across the full project lifecycle (requirements, design, build coordination, testing, go-live, hypercare); Excellent command of both Greek and English, written and spoken; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Authorized to work in the EU; Proficient in Greek; Willing to work on-site at the client's location in central Athens
