SAP ERP Senior Consultant O2C

Responsibilities

Work within a multi-cultural and international environment and as part of an Agile working Team; Consult business departments regarding business processes to identify and implement optimization potential within O2C processes and prepare the technical design for the development team; Take over management of internal and cross-divisional (partial-) projects, including technical guidance and management of project members; Analyze and solve global tickets (Service Requests, Change Requests, Incidents) within the global SAP O2C Environment; Actively participate in the conception of roll-out plans and their successful international implementation; Keep track of SAP tickets and promote successful problem solving; Take over provider management of external partners; Stay up to date with the latest SAP releases and technologies and pursue professional development opportunities; Work directly with customers to understand their business needs, develop solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction; Take over basic customizing tasks; Independently work on the development, advancement, and identification of automation opportunities (SAP, Microsoft Power Automate, and similar technologies)

Requirements

At least 7-10 years working experience within SAP-Modul SD, preferably within the chemical industry; Profound knowledge and experience as Project Manager; Experience in working in an agile environment and strong experience as Scrum Master; Excellent written and spoken English; Working hour flexibility due to the international working environment; Strong presentation and communication skills, team spirit, and enjoyment in solving complex tasks; Strong analytic, goal- and result-driven skills; Ability to work under pressure and keen perception

Nice to have

Additional knowledge in PP, FICO, MM, QM, Intercompany and Global Trade Services; Other languages; Experience in the chemical industry
