SAP EWM Subject Matter Expert – 100% Onsite in St. Louis, MO

The Senior SAP Warehouse Management (WMS) Functional Consultant is responsible for analyzing, designing, and configuring SAP solutions that support warehouse operations such as receiving and put-away, inventory management, picking, packing, fulfillment, shipping, labor management, warehouse analytics, and Extended WMS functions. This role ensures SAP solutions align with business processes and integrate effectively with related applications across the enterprise. You will lead requirements-gathering workshops, develop detailed configuration designs, and implement functional solutions aligned with client operational needs. The position also involves leading complex testing cycles, producing RICEFW documentation, enhancing warehouse-related SAP processes, and mentoring junior team members as needed.

Responsibilities

Lead business process requirement sessions with client stakeholders; Develop detailed configuration designs and build SAP WMS solutions aligned to functional requirements; Implement SAP WMS functional solutions for receiving, put-away, inventory management, picking, packing, fulfillment, shipping, and labor management; Support Extended WMS capabilities and integration points; Create and manage test strategies, test plans, and scripts for SIT/UAT cycles; Produce RICEFW documentation, configuration rationales, and testing evidence; Configure and enhance SAP processes that integrate with external systems; Collaborate with technical and functional counterparts to ensure full alignment and integration accuracy; Support planning tasks including budgeting, staffing, forecasting, and work planning; Mentor and lead junior team resources

Requirements

7+ years of SAP EWM project implementation experience; EWM functional design experience with kitting and production order integration; Proven team lead experience; US citizens only (no dual citizenship); Eligible to obtain a minimum of a Secret Clearance; Must live local to St. Louis, MO OR be willing to travel to St. Louis every week
