SAP SD Consultant

The jobholder will be a key contributor of the Airbus SAP FI/SD SAP Systems support team. On the S/4 HANA SAP solutions covering accounts receivable, payables processes and Travel Expenses, the jobholder will have the responsibilities to support Airbus worldwide accounting users network, for 80+ legal entities of the 3 Airbus divisions.

Responsibilities

Support Airbus SAP FI/SD SAP systems on S/4 HANA covering accounts receivable, payables and Travel Expenses; Support Airbus worldwide accounting users network for 80+ legal entities; Collect and analyze incidents through ticketing system; Propose and apply solutions to fix incidents; Provide functional and technical support requests; Identify interface issues between SAP & non-SAP systems and resolve with experts; Analyze and answer end-user requests; Manage small system evolution requests (SAP FI/CO customizing adaptations); Customize, test and deliver solutions; Participate in integration test phases; Update SAP FI/SD product documentation

Requirements

Experience in Finance / IT; Good understanding of Business Processes in the Finance area (P2P, O2C, T&E); Basic technical skills: data extraction, files exchanges, SAP database knowledge, interfaces with cloud solutions; Ability to understand, navigate within a complex application architecture; Basic knowledge on SAP FI/SD customizing; Ability to identify, clarify, reproduce and resolve incidents; Self-motivated problem solver and quick learner; Good analytical problem solving and fact-finding skills; Well-developed written and verbal communication skills; Customer oriented and team spirit; Flexibility and capacity to work effectively in a dynamic and changing environment; Strong relationship building skills, internally within IT and with business users; Language Skills: Negotiation level in English
