We’re looking for a passionate and energetic Barista to join our Food & Beverage team.

You’ll be responsible for crafting quality coffee and beverages while delivering friendly, engaging service across our resort restaurants.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve quality coffee, specialty beverages and refreshments; Deliver friendly, efficient and personalised service to our guests; Multitask across coffee preparation, customer service and other service needs; Keep coffee stations, equipment and service areas clean, organised and well presented; Assist with stock replenishment and maintaining appropriate supplies; Support the wider Food & Beverage team during busy service periods; Assist with conferences, functions and special events when required; Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety standards; Contribute to a positive, energetic and supportive team environment

Requirements

Previous barista experience in a café, restaurant, hotel or similar environment; A genuine passion for coffee and hospitality; A friendly, outgoing personality and a natural ability to connect with guests; Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering quality beverages; The ability to stay calm and organised in a fast-paced environment; A team-focused attitude and willingness to jump in and help wherever needed; Availability to work a flexible roster, including weekends, evenings and public holidays
