Security Officers & Dispatchers in Roseville

Titan Security is currently hiring Security Officers & Dispatchers to work at a location in Roseville, Michigan.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service to all parties encountered while on duty, including assisting with directions and general business information; Control access for patrons, visitors or vendors as required; Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises; Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences; Monitor the assigned lots and conduct mobile patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment; Maintain clear, accurate logs pertaining to people or property including packages; Effectively utilize access control systems and CCTV systems as needed; Ensure guests and vendors are properly greeted when entering the building; Observe departing personnel to guard against theft; Monitor security cameras that are within the facility; Respond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record data on incidents for building and Titan Security management; Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age; High School diploma or general education degree (GED); Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check; Able to read, write, speak, and understand English; Able to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 50+ lbs, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weather; Must be able to walk 5-10 miles per shift doing rounds; Must have good working knowledge of computers, sending emails, logging information; Ability to stand/sit/walk for extended periods of time; Evening, overnight, and weekend availability required
