We are looking for a Senior Android Engineer for an exciting opportunity with a client in the fintech industry, working on innovative solutions to enhance customer experiences and streamline financial services. As a Senior Android Engineer , you will develop innovative Android applications and play a key role in mobile architecture and design, delivering outstanding user experiences. Responsibilities

Architect, design, build, and deliver world-class Android applications.; Collaborate with engineers, product owners, and other colleagues to identify meaningful challenges and deliver business value.; Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following Android development best practices.; Learn, grow, and mentor other engineers through code reviews and pair programming to accelerate their technical mastery.; Challenge existing team processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.; Contribute to and promote engineering standards and best practices, making a positive impact across the team.; Ensure application performance, stability, security, and reliability across supported Android devices and operating system versions.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in software development.; 4+ years of professional experience in Android development.; Experience architecting, designing, building, and delivering high-quality Android applications.; Strong knowledge of the Android SDK and the Android application development ecosystem.; Strong proficiency in Kotlin and experience writing idiomatic, readable, and maintainable code.; Solid understanding of Android architecture patterns, design principles, and SOLID principles.; Experience customizing Android UI components, navigation, transitions, lists, and complex layouts.; Proven track record of designing and implementing high-quality, reliable, and crash-free Android applications.; Practical experience integrating RESTful APIs and working with asynchronous operations.; Experience with dependency injection, modularization, and building maintainable application architectures.; Strong problem-solving skills and a good understanding of algorithms and data structures.; Experience working with agile methodologies and collaborative software development practices.; Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
