Senior Associate, Clients

We are looking for a highly motivated Associate/Senior Associate to join the WPP Media Clients Team based out of Malaysia. As the primary point of contact for your clients, you will manage their advertising needs end to end across all channels.

Responsibilities

Communicate with clients, providing regular updates on campaign performance, industry trends, and new opportunities; Maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients based on trust, transparency, and timely communication; Develop an understanding of client businesses, target audiences, competitive landscapes, and industry trends; Collaborate with clients to define clear and measurable campaign objectives; Develop comprehensive advertising strategies and media plans across all relevant channels; Manage campaign budgets and track spending meticulously; Implement advertising campaigns across all channels, ensuring timely launch and accurate setup; Monitor and optimize campaign performance using relevant tools; Ensure client spends are reconciled and liaise with Finance for billing and invoicing; Analyse data and conduct A/B testing to enhance campaign performance; Generate reports and provide strategic recommendations to clients

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in the relevant field in media industry; Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment; Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; Meticulous data-driven approach to campaign planning, management and optimization

Nice to have

Some understanding and hands-on experience across several advertising channels (biddable and non-biddable media); Prior experience in using analytics tools, e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Evogenious (TV), Clear Decisions, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerBI
