Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities

Discussion with customer/project team to understand requirements/gap; Requirement documentation (BRD/SRS/Gap Analysis Document Preparation); Requirement walk-through and getting requirement sign-off from customer; Reviewing test cases; Functional testing; KT/Clarifications to Development & Testing Teams; Status Reporting; Client Super User Training; Coordination during client UAT

Requirements

Should have 4 – 7 years of relevant work experience in General / All Commercial claims Insurance.; Should have involved in implementation of insurance applications throughout all phases of SDLC.; Should have understanding of Portals for Sales Channels, Customers, Mobile Applications for Sales Channel and Customers.; General / all Commercial claims products Experience.; Licentiate/Associate/Fellow in General Insurance from Insurance Institute of India, Mumbai.; MS Office, MS Visio, Knowledge on any Requirements Gathering Tool.; Excellent written and oral communication skills, Excellent Documentation Skills.
