Business Systems Solutions drives the integration, health and evolution of 3rd party and enterprise applications across on-premise, SaaS and cloud environments. The function delivers scalable tools that streamline internal operations and support high-volume global technology operations.

This role focuses on leading technical application support, system implementations and root-cause analysis across sophisticated business platforms. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external software vendors to optimise system architecture, champion best practice and mentor colleagues.

Requirements

Strong background supporting and integrating SaaS and cloud-hosted enterprise applications; Proven track record in diagnosing, evaluating and resolving complex architectural and system issues; Expertise in software vendor management and 3rd party tool implementations; Sound understanding of enterprise system architecture, lifecycles and integration patterns; Confidence in managing multiple project priorities and high-impact deliverables independently; Skilled in building collaborative relationships with cross-functional technical and business stakeholders
