As the company continues to grow its portfolio, they require an experienced individual to help the legal organisation’s Downstream department to deliver comprehensive legal support across the company's energy portfolio.

Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive legal support across the company's energy portfolio; Act as single point of contact within the team; Handle a broad array of relevant commercial contracts and general corporate work

Requirements

Minimum of twelve years of experience; Experience within the oil & gas space; Comfortable handling a broad array of relevant commercial contracts and general corporate work

Nice to have

Preferably from multinational corporations’ in-house departments or from a distinguished international law firm; Prior experience within Saudi Arabia or the broader Gulf region
