Senior Delegated Claims Examiner

In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of delegated claims arrangements, including all aspects of onboarding, oversight, and operational performance.

Responsibilities

Leading the end-to-end onboarding process for a portfolio of delegated claims handling arrangements; Collaborate with delegated underwriting, legal, and compliance teams to ensure that all agreements align with internal policies and regulatory requirements; Support the Delegated Claims Manager in developing and implementing onboarding workflows to ensure a seamless integration of new delegated claims arrangements; Conduct due diligence on delegated claims arrangements

Requirements

Extensive experience working within an insurance company or a Lloyd’s managing agent; Comprehensive understanding of delegated claims arrangements, regulatory compliance requirements, and conducting due diligence on MGAs and TPAs
