Responsibilities

Lead the design management of complex rail infrastructure projects across all stages (feasibility, concept, detailed design, and delivery).; Ensure compliance with relevant rail standards, codes, and safety regulations.; Work within high-performing design teams across ANZ.; Build and maintain strong client relationships with transport authorities, contractors, and partners.; Prepare high‑quality design documentation, reports, and executive briefings that enable clear, timely decisions.

Requirements

5-10 years' of experience in rail infrastructure design and delivery.; Experienced in multidisciplinary design coordination and integration.; Experience working within ANZ rail environments and regulatory frameworks.; Proven delivery across multi‑disciplinary rail programs (stations, corridors, systems, structures) with interface management.; Chartered status (CPEng or equivalent) and eligibility/membership with Engineers Australia or Engineering New Zealand preferred.
